Our event, Monkey See Monkey Sew, invites UCR students to design and assemble their own sock monkey using socks, thread, and yarn in a relaxed, hands-on crafting session hosted by HUB Programs. Centered on a playful, nostalgic craft theme, the event will provide all materials at no cost, along with free drinks for attendees to enjoy while they create. Participants will take home a handmade keepsake and have the chance to explore a creative outlet beyond their coursework. Deztiny Aleman, Programs Coordinator, will be present to facilitate the event and ensure an engaging and enjoyable experience for all.
