Working in a real codebase throughout the session, participants will explore:

Building effective context with CLAUDE.md, including nested and per-directory memoryUsing Plan Mode for complex and high-stakes code changesCreating skills that capture and scale team knowledgeConnecting Claude to external tools and data through MCP serversInstalling recommended plugins and the GitHub AppImplementing permission modes and hooks to establish reliable guardrailsOrchestrating work with subagents, custom agents, parallel sessions, git worktrees, and long-running agent workflowsAttendees will leave with practical configurations and workflows they can apply to their repositories immediately.
