About

The 2026 Coastal Solutions Symposium brings together students, researchers, professionals, agencies, nonprofits, and industry partners to share research, build connections, and explore solutions to challenges facing coastal communities and environments.

This year’s symposium will feature research and perspectives spanning marine and environmental science, biology and ecology, engineering and technology, geoscience, data science and GIS, environmental policy, sustainability, resilience, restoration, renewable energy, water resources, and related fields.

The symposium will include student and professional presentations, poster and exhibitor sessions, industry engagement, career development opportunities, and a Career Mixer connecting students with professionals across a variety of STEM and coastal-related career paths.

Registration is free and open to students, faculty, professionals, and community partners.
