About

R.I.S.E. meetings (Recovery to Inspire, Share, & Empower) are for Ohio University students who are in recovery from alcohol, drug and other substance use disorders (SUDs)/behaviors. Membership into the community is open to students in recovery, seeking recovery, or students looking for a sober environment. Resources and referrals are available for students. R.I.S.E provides a variety of supports for OU students both academically and socially.

Come chat with peers in a sober environment! This support group meets every Friday from 3 - 4 pm to discuss life, recovery, and anything else you may have to bring to the table.
