About
LAIC (LATIN AMERICAN INDIGENOUS COLLABORATIVE) at CLaSE invites the Montclair State University community and the broader public to participate in our Kichwa Language & Culture Workshop Series, beginning Monday, September 14.
This 10-week workshop series offers participants the opportunity to learn Kichwa while exploring the language, culture, and traditions of Kichwa-speaking communities. Workshops are conducted in Spanish and Kichwa by our amazing and well known Kichwa community leaders - Atik Paguay and Fabian Muenala and are open to students, faculty, staff, families, and community members from outside the University. No previous knowledge of Kichwa is required.
Mondays, beginning September 14 5:30–7:30 p.m. Cole Hall, Room 141 10-week series
We invite everyone interested in Indigenous languages and cultures to join us. Registration is required by contacting Dr. Calarota-Ninman at calarotaa@montclair.edu
