About

The Office of People and Culture invites faculty and staff to join us for Core Workshop: Better Together: Understanding Your Places of Influence.

Phrases like, “There is strength in numbers,” or “Two are better than one,” highlight the value of working together. Yet influence, within a group, goes beyond merely being present; it is important to consider how influence is shared and what happens when some individuals or communities are excluded from contributing to it. In this workshop, we will reflect on the concept of influence: who has it, how it functions within groups, and why environments tend to be more sustainable when built collaboratively.

AI Captioning will be provided.

Please register by November 17: Registration for Core Workshop – Better Together. A Zoom link will be sent to participants upon registration.
