About

This is the third annual Integration Bee! Imagine a spelling bee, but instead of spelling words, contestants complete math problems. We have two physics faculty members on board to help us create problems, grade contestants, and judge correctness. We are looking at potentially getting a third faculty member. We want to host this event in the Bernstein Theatre, so that we have plenty of space for audience members, as well as whiteboard space at the front for math problems. We will need some sort of divider in between the contestants and will likely be using the document camera and projector to display rankings and other information. We hope to host this event on Friday, November 13th from 2-4PM and anticipate a maximum of 100 people in attendance.
