The VITAL Advantage would be an interactive professional development experience that equips students with the skills, confidence, and connections necessary to succeed beyond the classroom.
Instead of a traditional panel or lecture, students would participate in hands-on activities focused on five essential professional skills:

Communication: Interviewing, workplace etiquette, and professional conversations.
