About

The SKY Happiness Retreat teaches an evidence-based practice, now offered in an exciting in-person format! This 3-day course is an innovative and experiential life-skills training program that empowers you to develop a relaxed, stress-free mind and an energetic, healthy body, using the powerful tools of meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, and self-exploration. Take part in this global movement to use breath as empowerment. We are able to offer this course at reduced rates thanks to SFAB funding. All sessions will be led by trained facilitators, and attendance at all 3 sessions is required to join.
