Join us for our final general meeting of the semester featuring Dr. Shital M. Patel, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine (Infectious Diseases) at Baylor College of Medicine and Director of the Houston AIDS Education Training Center. Dr. Patel is an infectious diseases internist with extensive clinical and research experience focused on improving care outcomes for individuals living with or vulnerable to HIV, along with a background in vaccine development research. She will share insights from her work in infectious diseases, HIV care, and global and community health.
