About

The EASA Bowling & Ice Cream Social is a community building event hosted by the East African Student Association (EASA) at SDSU in collaboration with UCSD EASA and USD EASA. It will take place on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Aztec Lanes.The purpose is to bring members from three San Diego campuses together for a relaxed, social evening outside of class and club meetings. Members of the three EASA's rarely get to meet each other, so this event is meant to build friendships and cross campus connections.Attendees will bowl in mixed groups of students from all three schools, so people meet new faces instead of staying with their own chapter. Afterward, everyone will gather for an ice cream social with ice cream bar / scoops / toppings, and who is providing it. We expect about 25-30 attendees, mostly undergraduate students from SDSU, UCSD and USD.
