BarreFusion - WELLCore

About

BarreFusion blends elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into a low-impact, full-body workout. Through small, controlled movements and high repetitions, you’ll improve strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Expect a challenging yet accessible class that will leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and lengthened from head to toe.

Check-In: All participants must check in with the group fitness instructor or a FitRec staff member outside the fitness room before entering the class. This helps us keep track of attendance and maintain a safe environment.

Pre-Registration Benefits: We encourage you to pre-register for classes via Belmont.DseRec.com or using the Belmont DSE app. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance, securing your spot in the class and allowing you to plan your workouts with ease.

Late Arrival Policy: If you’ve pre-registered but haven’t arrived by the class start time and haven’t notified FitRec staff that you’ll be late, your spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waiting list. Please arrive on time to ensure you don’t lose your spot! For more questions, please email the front desk at Beaman.center@belmont.edu or call them at 615-460-6313.
