Current and prospective students who would like help completing their FAFSA may attend a workshop.

Items you Need:

• Your Social Security Number

• Your A-Number (if you're not a U.S. citizen)

• 2025 Federal Income Tax return

• Independent Student’s and Spouse if Married

• Parents 2025 Federal Tax return

• (If you are a dependent student under the age of 24)

• Your contributor information

• Your StudentAid.gov account

• Records of your child support received

• Records of your assets

• List of schools you’re interested in attending

• DACC School Code- E00876

• NMSU School Code- 002657

The 2026-27 FAFSA form asks for 2024 tax information, if you plan to attend Spring 2027 and Summer 2027

The 2027-28 FAFSA form asks for 2025 tax information, if you plan to attend Fall 2027, Spring 2028 and Summer 2028
