Lessons in Love is a workshop about building healthy, satisfying relationships. Whether you want to improve a relationship you have now or prepare for future ones, this is a steady place to learn the skills that make connection work.
You can join at any time. Each session stands on its own, so register for one session or the whole series, whichever fits your semester.

Navigating Breakups
Not every relationship lasts, and that is okay. This session offers support and guidance for navigating the end of a relationship: processing what happened, taking care of yourself, and moving forward with clarity.
What to expect
• Practical skills for building healthy, satisfying relationships.
• Tools you can apply to current relationships or carry into future ones.
• A supportive group setting across eight weekly sessions, each one complete on its own.
