About

Hello everyone. We will be holding a Food Distribution Event with Second Harvest on Sat. November 7, from 7 AM to 12 PM (5 hours) at Metro West Church of the Nazarene (3705 N Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32818). Make sure to sign up here, as the slots may run out close to the date. Free Krispy Kreme Donuts will be provided.

Details from SH:

Mobile Drops are off-site food distributions organized through one of our Partner Feeding Programs - does not occur at the Food Bank. These distributions require numerous volunteers to help place items in vehicles of families in need (using a drive-through model). This is to reduce exposure and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

-If slots run out you may not sign up for this event.

Ages 12 and up with a chaperone (16 can attend without chaperone)

-Closed-toe shoes

-Outdoor opportunity (bringing water, a hat, and sunscreen is recommended)

-Shorts/jeans & t-shirts acceptable attire
