My Path, My Pace is a graduation recognition and alumni storytelling event designed to celebrate Howard University students whose journeys to graduation may differ from the traditional four-year college experience. The campaign will highlight graduating non-traditional students including transfer students, adult learners, returning students, international students, student parents, and students who have taken alternative academic pathways and demonstrate that there is no single timeline for achieving a Howard degree. The campaign will combine an alumni celebration and panel discussion featuring graduates and alumni will share their experiences navigating transfer, changing majors, balancing employment or family responsibilities, returning to school, overcoming academic or personal obstacles, and that will allow them to reach graduation.
