About

My program will be Workplace Survival Guide: The Corporate Quest that will be a DnD inspired RA program. It will help residents develop career skills through an interactive fantasy adventure. Residents will get to choose character classes based on professional strengths and work together to solve workplace challenges. Teams must overcome a final challenge by demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. The program supports the Career-Readiness Anchor pillar by teaching residents skills they can apply to future jobs, internships, and group projects.
