The Game Jam is a yearly, interdisciplinary game development competition hosted at CSU. Participants assemble in small groups, and over the course of 24 hours on campus, develop an original video game from start to finish. At the end of the competition, the games are judged by industry experts, alumni, and peer teachers, and the top 3 teams get scholarship prizes from the Dean's office.
This year's event is a collaboration between the department of Computer Science, ACM, and the CSU Game Studio. The three parties will cover meals, and parking for contestants. The college of engineering will also provide prize money and handle police presence.
