About

The in-person think-tank discussions will provide an opportunity for participants to discuss shared concerns, identify themes related to IRC faculty working conditions, and generate recommendations for improving institutional practices, policies, and professional support. Discussion topics may include workload, recognition, job security, compensation, governance participation, advancement pathways, and institutional support. All IRC faculty are welcome to participate.
