About

On November 7, 2026, from 5:30–8:00 p.m., NEVURA Club will host its opening event in an available hall at The New School, with the specific room to be confirmed. The gathering will introduce the society’s mission, welcome prospective members, and bring students from different artistic disciplines together to connect and explore future collaborations.

Invitations will be extended to New School students, alumni, faculty, and guest artists. Proposed guests include Matt Servitto. The planned program will include an introduction to NEVURA, guest conversations, opportunities for student artistic contributions, and informal networking.

The event aims to create meaningful connections between students, recruit more students at the club, and establish creatives while building an active community for future projects. Attendees will have the opportunity to join the society, share their interests, and learn how to participate in upcoming activities.
