Join NorthMed at FIU for our 2nd General Body Meeting (GBM) as we bring our pre-health community together to navigate an action-packed November and unlock high-yield clinical opportunities. During this meeting, our executive board will outline our full calendar of upcoming November events—including hands-on clinical skill workshops, professional school info sessions, and community outreach initiatives—providing members with clear roadmaps to maximize their involvement and active member standing for the semester.
In addition to internal updates, we are proud to host an official guest speaker from Scrivas, a premier clinical medical scribing organization. Attendees will gain direct insight into real-world scribing opportunities, learn how working as a medical scribe accelerates clinical acumen and strengthens professional school applications, and explore the recruitment process firsthand through an interactive Q&A. Informational flyers detailing our upcoming clinical events will be distributed alongside exclusive NorthMed goodie bags, making this an essential gathering for any student seeking guidance, clinical networking, and community on their path to healthcare.
