About

Recognition is an important part of the employee experience and our culture at the University. This session helps faculty and staff understand how everyday recognition can celebrate contributions, strengthen connections, encourage collaboration, and reinforce the behaviors and values important to our community. Participants will explore the University’s recognition programs and learn how to use the Recognition Portal to recognize colleagues, teams, milestones, and meaningful contributions.
