Interested in learning what it takes to plan and execute a successful event? Event Lab is a hands-on workshop series designed to give students practical experience in event planning, from developing an idea and creating a budget to marketing, logistics, and event execution.

Students who complete the Event Lab series will have the opportunity to put their skills into action by helping plan and implement a Student Life event.

September 15: Event Foundations; Learn the foundations of event planning to prepare yourself for contributing to the campus community.

Oct 13: Promotion Playbook; Learn how to market and promote your events like a pro.

November 18: Growth & Reflection; Discuss the concepts you learned over the semester and how they were put into action. Provide and receive feedback for future events in Student Life.

Events are FREE for all Broward College students.
