Join the John Lewis Student Leadership Pathways for a fun, interactive Personal Leadership Workshop. Our Personal Leadership Workshop is designed to equip you with the essential skills and mindset to thrive as a leader, both personally and professionally. You will have the opportunity to explore six leadership capacities: integrity, self-awareness, personal responsibility, emotional self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, and learning efficacy.

You will have the opportunity to engage in small group discussions and interactive case studies and learn more about your personal leadership journey. Whether you're involved in student organizations, aspiring to leadership roles, or simply eager to grow personally, this workshop is for you! This event is open to all Georgia Tech students. If you are not a part of the pathways but are interested in learning more about the pathways and possibly joining you will have the opportunity to learn more and join during the workshop.
