In this workshop, we will be learning about the basics of fungi within Traditional Chinese Medicine. Zoey Xinyi Gong, a chef and registered dietician specializing in the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) food therapy, will be leading our conversation virtually for folks online and in person. For those who attend in-person we will have TCM samples for you to try and take home.
