About
In this virtual [Zoom] session, employees are supported in developing their feedback skillset (specifically how to ask for it, give it, and gauge feedback delivery). Upon exploring various strategies for giving effective feedback, participants also test their skill at reframing statements and recognizing ineffective feedback delivery approaches based on the Radical Candor feedback model by Kim Scott.
What You'll Learn By the end of this session, you will be able to: 1) Discuss how to effectively solicit and respond to feedback. 2) Build confidence in giving feedback. 3) Apply strategies for effective feedback. 4) Reflect on various ways to frame your statements.
