Alpha Phi Heartthrob Talent Show

About

The Heartthrob Talent Show is where nominees can show us their “best talents” through a 2-3 minute performance in front of the crowd with their team! They will be allowed to perform a dance, lipsinc, skit, or another appropriate talent they have!! Most of the time, nominees perform a practiced and reviewed dance or routine. Past performances included a dance routine with fun turns or jumps, singing or an interesting hidden talent. There will be a zero tolerance policy for any kind of stripping or sexual imitations. Director of Philanthropy, Vice President of Health Wellness & Accountability, and President review and pre approve the dances to ensure they are appropriate and safe. In the years past, we have used a dance waiver for this event as a performance of this sort aligns with movements like dancing, in a way. We encourage members to show off their best talents to appeal to the crowd! Guests and members of Alpha Phi will purchase tickets on our fundraising website and check in at the door. Guests and Alpha Phi members will purchase tickets through our fundraising website and check in at the door. The Talent Show will run from 7:00–9:00 PM, with performers following a predetermined order. Teams will be evaluated based on their fundraising efforts, spirit, and talent. The goal of the event is to create a fun, organized, and positive experience while supporting Alpha Phi’s philanthropy efforts.
