About
This event will consist of a mason jar decorating activity in which participants have complete creative freedom over the design of their jar. Participants may choose to turn their jar into a vase, lantern, pen holder, or any other design of their choosing. The open-ended format is intended to encourage self-expression and allow attendees to explore their creative side in a low-pressure environment, regardless of prior artistic experience.
Music will be played throughout the event, and song recommendations will be taken from students in attendance. This allows participants to contribute to the atmosphere of the event and creates a shared experience that encourages conversation.
A primary goal of this event is to help students connect with one another. Working on a hands-on project in a relaxed setting makes it easier for people to start conversations, share ideas, and build friendships. The combination of a creative activity, student-chosen music, and time to socialize is intended to foster a welcoming environment where members can meet new people and strengthen their connections within the club.
Overall, this event is meant to promote creativity, encourage social interaction, and provide students with an enjoyable way to take a break and engage with their peers.
