About
Join us at 5 PM, as the sun begins to set, for a relaxing Fall Yoga at the Farm experience! Begin by creating your own aromatic herbal bundle using seasonal herb stems, then settle onto your mat for gentle, mindful movements inspired by the beauty and slower rhythm of the fall season. This slow and steady, intentional yoga practice is open to all levels and is designed to help you unwind, connect with nature, and enjoy a peaceful moment together. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible; a limited number of extra mats will be available at the farm. The session will be held in an open-air room, so dress warmly and bring an extra layer to stay cozy as the evening temperatures cool.
The session will be lead by Stanford staffer and farm friend, Rachael Maddison. Rachael is is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher who discovered the deeper benefits of yoga through her own journey with movement and personal growth. What began as a physical practice became a source of grounding, self-compassion, and connection. She hopes to make yoga accessible to all by creating a welcoming space where everyone can show up as they are, move at their own pace, and reconnect with themselves through breath and mindfulness.
