About
Associated Students is excited to celebrate the diverse cultures and traditions of Chico State students during our 43rd Annual Multicultural Showcase, formerly known as MAC Night, on Wednesday, November 18th from 6-8 p.m. in the Bell Memorial Union Auditorium.
Multicultural Showcase, hosted annually by the Associated Students, features talented student performers (individuals and groups) representing diverse cultures and identities through dance, singing, rapping, and more. This event is FREE and open to all students, staff, faculty, and community members. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
Performers include (but not limited to):
• Group performances from Ctrl+K, Pacific Islanders' Club, Sueños de las Estrellas Baile Folklorico, Tara Sayaw, Envy Hip-Hop, Lambda Theta Alpha, Lambda Theta Phi, Delta Xi Phi, Eta Mu Theta, Sigma Omega Phi, Zeta Sigma Chi, Kaaviya's Group, Zachary Nangauta & Niko Arcinas, with a special performance from the Hmong Cultural Center of Butte County
• Solo artists such as RIO REXXX, Ivan Mizuik, Merissa Methvin-Terry, Seth Johnson, and Sandesh Manjunath Raykar
Hungry?? Before Multicultural Showcase, take your taste buds on a trip around the world at this year’s International Food Fest! Explore a diverse menu inspired by global cuisines — Enjoy favorites like Traditional Neapolitan Pizza and Arancini, savor rich and flavorful dishes such as Feijoada, Musakhan, and Mongolian BBQ, and don’t miss indulgent desserts like Cannoli, Flan, Mango Sticky Rice, and more. Celebrate culture, flavor, and community — all under one roof at Éstom Jámani Dining Center. Drop by Tuesday, November 17th from 5-10 p.m. Open to all students, faculty, staff and guests without a meal plan – Regular price $15 per meal.
