Learn about the nutritional considerations related to cavities and gum disease with a peer educator from the Nutrition in Medicine Initiative (NiMI) at the Moore Family Center for Whole Grain Foods, Nutrition and Preventive Health in the College of Health. NiMI aims to prepare tomorrow’s health professionals by bridging nutrition science and healthcare. Peer-led workshops include a culinary component where you prepare and share food related to the health topic in the Milam Hall teaching kitchen. Preregistration strongly encouraged!
