Help us Can the MSU Bobcats and support Grizzlies in need! The 27th annual Can the Cats competition runs from Saturday, November 7, through Saturday, November 21. This friendly competition between the University of Montana and Montana State University rallies both campuses to fight food insecurity across the state.

Campus Dining is joining the effort by hosting a fund drive at the Food Court, The Market, Biz Buzz, Recess, and UM Concessions. Just let your cashier know you'd like to donate to "Can the Cats." You can contribute using cash (where accepted), credit, or debit. Every dollar collected equals one pound of food in the competition.

Looking to donate food instead? Starbucks on campus will be accepting nonperishable food donations throughout the competition.

Show your Griz pride and receive a commemorative pin! Donate $5 or more at UM Concessions during either home football game on November 7 or 14 and receive a commemorative Can the Cats pin.

The competition will culminate at the Brawl of the Wild on Saturday, November 21, in Bozeman. Help us finish strong by making your contribution before the end of the first quarter of the game. Together, we can beat the Bobcats and make a difference for those who need it most!
