The tent registration process is managed by the Ole Miss Student Union (OMSU) via the online student organization website, the Forum (www.olemiss.edu/forum). Appropriate registration and attendance at each week’s RSO tent meetings with appropriate University departments must be completed prior to each home football game. Tent registration requires RSOs to set up their respective organization’s tent between 2:00-3:00 P.M. on the Friday prior to gameday. All RSO tents are required to be set up during this designated window within the designated RSO perimeter within the Grove. No RSO tents will be permitted to setup after this window.
