About

Step Into Your Leadership at Texas State’s Supervisor Development Day!

Texas State’s Supervisor Development Day is a hands-on professional development experience designed to help supervisors lead with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Throughout the day, participants will explore practical strategies for navigating the everyday challenges of supervision—from building stronger one-on-one conversations and communicating through change to developing employees, providing meaningful feedback, and addressing performance concerns.

Sessions will emphasize practical tools, real-world scenarios, and opportunities to practice skills supervisors can take back to their teams immediately.

This event is limited to 80 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must have at least one direct report to register.
