About

Join the International Women Association (IWA) for an International Education Week Movie Night featuring The Swimmers!

Celebrate International Education Week with an inspiring film based on the true story. This inspiring film tells the story of two sisters whose journey as refugees leads them to pursue their dreams on the world stage. Gather with students, scholars, and community members to enjoy this moving international story while celebrating the diverse experiences and global perspectives that enrich our campus community.

Refreshments will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a chance to win tickets to Mariachi Herencia de México: A Mariachi Christmas taking place at Lied Center on Monday, December 7th, at 7:30PM.

Come connect, learn, and celebrate the spirit of international education through the power of film. We look forward to seeing you there!
