About

At some point in our careers, we will all experience workplace conflict. In this course, participants will learn to strengthen personal and professional relationships by constructively addressing conflict. We will discuss the causes of workplace conflict and practice addressing it using a four-step conflict resolution process model. Participants will apply the model to scenarios by using techniques to reduce tension in a respectful manner.
