About

The Mental Well Meeting is a student-led support group where students discuss themes of recovery, substance use, process concerns and general mental health. The meeting has been running since 2017, and is modeled after an AA meeting but is not an AA meeting. Cougs for Recovery follows a harm reduction (rather than abstinence based) model and welcomes multiple pathways to recovery. Free pizza is served. This event is held every Monday all semester long (except holidays). This event is hybrid; meetings take place in person and on Zoom. All WSU campuses are welcome to join. See Zoom link below.
