About
Presenter: Kerri Goergen-Doll
This presentation offers an opportunity to explore how fear of failure can limit us. The concepts are borrowed from Amy Edmondson, the author of "Right Kind of Wrong". We will explore some personal and structural elements that limit how we learn from failing followed by a discussion of some organizational elements that can support a healthy approach to failure.
