About

This event will introduce students, staff, faculty, and community members to the principles and practices of coalition-building in civic and community contexts. The session will explore how diverse groups can work together across lines of difference to advance shared goals. This workshop on coalition-building features insights from the Western New York Get-Out-The-Vote (WNY GOTV) Coalition and the Western New York Ranked Choice Voting (WNY RCV) Coalition on strategies for civic collaboration, and a student-led discussion.
