About

Join us for a hands-on workshop celebrating GIS Day, where you'll learn how to combine the power of ArcGIS Online with Esri's Field Maps app to create dynamic, real-world community maps — both from your desk and out in the field.

This workshop is designed for students and faculty interested in applying geographic information systems to their research, teaching, or community-engaged projects. No prior GIS experience is required, though familiarity with basic mapping concepts is helpful.

Attendees interested in following along should have an ArcGIS account created using the instructions available in the GIS Research Guide.
