Innovation Workshop Series: Customer Discovery

About

Curious if your idea actually solves a real problem? In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to talk to potential customers, uncover what they actually need, and test your assumptions before building anything. We’ll cover simple strategies to ask the right questions, avoid common mistakes, and turn messy conversations into insights you can use. Come ready to practice, share ideas, and leave with tools to kickstart your own discovery process.

In each of the five Innovation Workshop Series workshops, you’ll work with a professional who’s an expert in the field, from ideation to customer discovery to prototyping to storytelling. You can drop into any one workshop or attend them all—think of it like choosing which tools you need for problem-solving. Whether you want to build keg-powered bikes in your garage or learn some of the skills you’ll need to set yourself apart when you’re applying for jobs, we invite you to come build cool stuff with us in these sandbox-style workshops.

*Please note, you do NOT have to attend one session in order to attend another. Please come to whatever interests you that works with your schedule!
