About

Join the Real Estate Society for a hands-on site challenge using a real piece of land in Saint Paul. Whether you're interested in real estate development or simply curious about the industry, this meeting is a great opportunity to get a high-level look at the development process. Working in teams, students will evaluate the site's characteristics and surrounding neighborhood demographics to determine its highest and best use and present their own development concepts.
