Explore practical approaches for conducting qualitative research in your teaching practice. In this interactive 90-minute virtual workshop, participants will learn how to develop qualitative research questions, select appropriate methods such as interviews, focus groups, observations, and thematic analysis, and design effective data collection instruments. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with coding and interpreting qualitative data, while also exploring tools such as NVivo, text analysis platforms, and other AI-driven tools that support organization, visualization, and analysis. Through real-world examples and collaborative activities, participants will build foundational skills for investigating experiences, perceptions, and complex challenges in teaching and learning.
