Every year on the 3rd Thursday in November, the American Cancer Society hosts the Great American Smokeout across the nation. This year at UCF, Student Health Services has partnered with the Arboretum for a guided stroll around the Lake Claire Loop Trail at sunset. We encourage students, faculty and staff alike to join us for some fresh air and an opportunity to Catch Your Breath at UCF.
For those who are looking for support to quit smoking or vaping, information and resources will be on site! Quitting smoking isn’t easy. It takes time. And a plan. You don’t have to stop smoking in one day. Start with day one. Let today be your day to start your journey toward a smoke-free life!
