About
Jevon Moore (he/him) LICSW is a therapist at the Counseling & Wellness Center. He works in collaboration with the Black Student Coalition for a variety of events, including regular office hours in the BSC (VU 504). Visit him every Tuesday fall quarter from 3:30pm-5pm.
These sessions are drop-in and are great for checking in about resources, mental health, and community connection. Jevon prioritizes authenticity, values and self-directed dreams in his practice. Issues and symptoms are explored with compassion and non-judgment. Rooted in higher education settings, students have the opportunity to curate their experience within a collaborative space for exploring healthy coping skills, practicing mindfulness, and establishing effective communication habits with your most valuable constituent: yourself.

The Centers Rotating Resources Rooms provide a space for students to visit with guest staff, faculty, and student leaders from across the university. Most sessions occur on a weekly basis, but some may change. You can find a weekly schedule on The Centers website. If you have suggestions for resources you would like to see in the resource center, please email hahnj7@wwu.edu (JoeHahn, LGBTQ+ Director). While the various Centers are all labeled as co-hosts for the event, details are scheduled by JoeHahn and the resource center or office visiting the Rotating Resource Rooms.
