Making Holiday Connections More Meaningful

About

The holidays are supposed to be a joyful time, bringing us closer to our loved ones. Yet too often, the events we want to feel meaningful end up feeling like old habits, bringing stress, exhaustion, or indifference rather than joy.

In this online class, we will talk about common patterns that families, both biological and chosen, fall into, which can create stress during this time of year. We will explore how to bring more mindfulness and meaning to your big and little moments and identify what you are really longing to celebrate. We will also discuss practical tools you can use to improve communication and planning with your family and identify some new traditions you may like to try.
