ARTIST STATEMENT:

Second Nature explores the contradictory facets of relationships and creates space for reflection on how interpersonal connection alters our everyday life, shaping individuals down to the present moment. Delving into the imperfections of human dynamics, analyzing how these barriers can interact, create conflict, and cause change, though they are inherently essential to a fulfilling life. By taking moments and isolating them into a visual narrative, we are able to revisit connections that tie us to ourselves and, more importantly, what ties connections between people.
