Join the Kingwood Mental Health Services (MHS) team in collaboration with LSC Kingwood Veteran Resource Center for a special event honoring our veterans and promoting men's mental and physical health! This event will feature a panel discussion with military veterans and community partners exploring the unique challenges men and veterans may face, including mental health, physical wellness, stress, transitioning to civilian life, and overcoming the stigma surrounding seeking help. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear personal experiences, engage in meaningful conversations, connect with helpful resources, and enjoy a Veterans Appreciation Grab-and-Go Brunch/Lunch. Come celebrate strength, resilience, brotherhood, and the courage it takes to speak up and seek support!
