Baylor Crew members will learn to row on water and erg on land. Erg workouts will use the ergs inside the boathouse. Our motorboats/launches driven by coaches will accompany boats on water. Boats will row up until the bridge 5k from the dock, the bridge by Slow Rise because up until this area is lit.
