About
A year-end recruitment review to reflect on the recruitment process, discuss what worked and what didn’t, identify areas for improvement, recognize successful strategies, and determine what should stay the same or change for next year’s recruitment. The goal is to use this year’s experiences and feedback to make future recruitment more organized, effective, and successful.
